The transformation of the business and industrial sectors in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 requires higher education graduates to possess not only academic competence but also strong soft skills, including communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. However, Indonesian language learning in higher education remains largely focused on linguistic concepts and academic writing, with limited integration of entrepreneurial competencies relevant to professional contexts. This study aimed to develop an entrepreneurship-based Indonesian language learning model to enhance students’ soft skills in the Business Management, Economics, and Entrepreneurship Study Program. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research subjects included expert validators, lecturers, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, validation instruments, and soft skills assessment tests. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, paired sample t-tests, and normalized gain (N-Gain) analysis, supported by qualitative analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that the developed learning model was categorized as highly valid, practical, and effective. The implementation of the model significantly improved students’ communication, teamwork, leadership, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The findings demonstrate that integrating entrepreneurship contexts into Indonesian language learning provides meaningful, contextual, and applicable learning experiences. Therefore, the developed model can be recommended as an innovative learning strategy in higher education to support the implementation of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) and strengthen students’ 21st-century competencies.
