The Effect of Compensation Through Work Culture on Teacher Performance at the Firdaus Education Foundation, Maros Regency. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of compensation through work culture on teacher performance. The research design used is quantitative descriptive. The population consisted of 32 individuals, and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where all 32 individuals in the population became research samples. Data were collected through online questionnaires using Google Forms and analyzed using statistical software, namely SPSS and SEM PLS 3.0. The results of the study showed that compensation had a significant direct effect on work culture. While in terms of indirect influence, compensation did not have a significant effect on teacher performance through work culture.
